Taskbook is a cross-platform mobile app and responsive web app that streamlines and centralizes information and forms, provides valuable insights and data manipulation, allows easy scheduling of jobs and sending of reminders, and direct communication between the customers, admins, and service technicians/installers.
With Taskbook, there are three main users: Admins, Customers, and Service Technicians/Installs. Below are the tasks each role can perform.
Admins:
- Monitor, Update and Analyze Installation Job Details
- Create and Manage Service Technicians/Installer Scheduled Jobs
- Send Reminders (via text, email and call) to Customers, for upcoming schedules with Service Technicians/Installers
- Send updates to Service Technicians/Installers
- Edit Settings for each Service (Reminders, Scheduling)
- Have all necessary forms in one place
- Integrate with Zapier for automation of Service workflow
- Communicate directly with Customers and Service Technicians/Installers
Customers:
- Receive reminders and job details for upcoming installation jobs
- Communicate directly with the Service Technicians/Installers
Service Technicians/Installers:
- View a dashboard with insights and upcoming jobs
- Have a calendar view with all past, current and future job appointments
- View scheduled job appointment details
- Obtain reminders for upcoming jobs and any job detail changes
- Have a map view displaying the optimal map route for the current day jobs
